After the huge success of Cronulla Markets, Gymea Street Fair and Engadine Street Fair, we are proud to launch a major new event for the Shire.

Welcome to the Engadine Autumn Market — a giant two-day community market set to become one of our flagship events.

Held at the beautiful Cooper Street Reserve, this all-weekend event will transform Engadine into a vibrant autumn festival filled with energy, entertainment and incredible shopping.

We are now seeking outstanding stallholders to be part of this exciting new event.

We are curating a diverse and high-quality line-up including:

  • Gifts, candles, beauty & wellness

  • Kids & family products

  • Unique and creative stall concepts

If you’ve traded at our major Shire events before, you know the kind of crowds we attract. If not, this is your opportunity to be part of a large-scale weekend event from the beginning.

Applications are now open and expected to fill quickly.

 

  • stalls are to trade Saturday and Sunday and the price covers both days

    General stalls :$550

    Hot Food stalls: $800

    Additional Fees:

    Public Liability Insurance: $30 per market (if you do not have your own cover)

  • Positions are only secured upon full payment. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in your spot being offered to the next vendor on the reserve list.

  • For this market a TFP is not required, Cambridge Markets will pass on all relevant information to council

  • Payment Deadline: Payment is due one week prior to the market.

  • You will be notified upon selection. Payment will be required one week prior it the market to confirm your position at the market.

    • White Gazebo: All stalls must use a plain white gazebo. Vendors arriving without one will not be permitted to trade.

    • Own Equipment: Stalls must bring their own WHITE gazebo along with weights ( minimum 10KG per leg -no pegs, water weights or sand bags)

    • Plastic-Free Market: All vendors must comply with our plastic-free policy, which will be monitored on the day.

    • No Transfers or Credits: Once payment is made and your stall is confirmed, transfers or credits will not be offered.

  • If the market is canceled due to bad weather, no refunds will be issued. An alternative date will be offered
