Launching Saturday 11 April, this brand-new food market will bring together incredible international flavours in the heart of one of Sydney’s most diverse communities.
Held at Paul Keating Reserve, the market will transform the space into a vibrant evening destination filled with street food, community atmosphere and cuisines from around the world.
We are currently calling for food vendors across all categories including street food, BBQ, burgers, dumplings, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Indian, Malaysian, Thai, Filipino, African, South American, European cuisine, desserts, sweets, gelato and specialty drinks.
We are especially seeking vendors that reflect the rich multicultural identity of the Bankstown community.

All stalls $250
additional $30 for public liability if required

Positions are only secured upon full payment. Failure to pay by the deadline will result your spot being offered to the next vendor on the reserve list

For this market stalls are to provide Cambridge Markets a copy of their food safety certificate. we will pass on all relevant details to council

White Gazebo: All stalls must use a plain white gazebo. Vendors arriving without one will not be permitted to trade.
Own Equipment: Stalls must bring their own WHITE gazebo along with weights (10KG per leg -no pegs, water weights or sand bags)
Plastic-Free Market: All vendors must comply with our plastic-free policy, which will be monitored on the day.
No Transfers or Credits: Once payment is made and your stall is confirmed, transfers or credits will not be offered
Must complete a Temporary Food Premises (TFP) application with Randwick council at least three weeks before market day.
Registration with the Council is mandatory to trade.
If the market is canceled due to bad weather, no refunds will be issued. An alternative date will be offered for the next Wentworth Point market.
