Heffron Park Monthly Markets brings the vibrant spirit of the Maroubra Beach Market just a few streets away, with even more convenience. Held under the iconic netball canopy—completely weatherproof—stallholders and shoppers are all sheltered from rain, heat and sun. The generous free parking and well‑known location mean stress‑free set‑up and high foot traffic from a buzzing local community. This market is set to become a standout monthly event on Sydney’s East.

We’re seeking a diverse range of stallholders across all categories, from food and fashion to crafts and community groups. Ideal for artisans, small retailers and creatives who want to join a high‑profile, weatherproof market. Whether you're serving hot street food under cover or selling handmade homewares, this is a fantastic opportunity on one of Sydney’s most anticipated new market stages.

Spaces are limited to ensure a curated mix of high-quality stalls. Applications are open now—secure your place early!

  • Stall Fees:
    • General Stall: $175
    • Premium Stall: $250
    • Hot Food Stall: $250

    • Second-Hand/Vintage Stall
    (without gazebo hire): $50
    • Second-Hand/Vintage Stall
    (with gazebo hire): $100

    Additional Fees:
    • Public Liability Insurance: $30 per market (if you do not have your own cover)

  • Positions are only secured upon full payment. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in your spot being offered to the next vendor on the reserve list.

  • Must complete a Temporary Food Premises (TFP) application with Randwick council at least three weeks before market day.

    Registration with the Council is mandatory to trade.

  • Payment Deadline: Payment is due one week prior to the market.

  • You will be notified upon selection. Payment will be required one week prior it the market to confirm your position at the market.

    • White Gazebo: All stalls must use a plain white gazebo. Vendors arriving without one will not be permitted to trade.(unless hiring a gazebo as a second-hand/vintage stall)

    • Own Equipment: Stalls must bring their own WHITE gazebo along with weights (10KG per leg - no pegs or water weights)

    • Plastic-Free Market: All vendors must comply with our plastic-free policy, which will be monitored on the day.

    • No Electricity Provided: Vendors requiring power must supply their own silent generator.

    • No Transfers or Credits: Once payment is made and your stall is confirmed, transfers or credits will not be offered.

  • If the market is canceled due to bad weather, no refunds will be issued. An alternative date will be offered for the next Heffron Park Market.
