Cambridge Markets is excited to introduce Music and Markets in the Park, a special one-off night market event taking place on Austrailia Day Eve Sunday , 25 February. This vibrant evening will light up the park with the best in street food and live entertainment — creating the ultimate mid-week night out.
From mouth-watering eats to delicious desserts and a buzzing community vibe, Music and Markets in the Park is all about great food, good company, and a relaxed evening under the stars.
Join us for this one-night-only Music and Markets in the Park on 25 February and discover a lively new market experience in the heart of Sydney.

We are now taking applications for food stalls for our Music and markets in the Park event on Sunday 25th February 2026,. This exciting new night market will bring together the best of Sydney’s street food and sweet treats in a buzzing community atmosphere under the stars. If you create something delicious and want to be part of this vibrant new event, we’d love to hear from you

All stalls $250
Additional Fees:
Public Liability Insurance: $30 per market (if you do not have your own cover)

Positions are only secured upon full payment. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in your spot being offered to the next vendor on the reserve list.

Must complete a Temporary Food Premises (TFP) application with City of Sydney at least two weeks before market day. Registration with the Council is mandatory to trade.

Payment Deadline: Payment is due one week prior to the market.

You will be notified upon selection. Payment will be required one week prior it the market to confirm your position at the market.

White Gazebo: All stalls must use a plain white gazebo. Vendors arriving without one will not be permitted to trade.
Own Equipment: Stalls must bring their own WHITE gazebo along with weights ( minimum 10KG per leg -no pegs, water weights or sand bags)
Plastic-Free Market: All vendors must comply with our plastic-free policy, which will be monitored on the day.
No Transfers or Credits: Once payment is made and your stall is confirmed, transfers or credits will not be offered.

If the market is canceled due to bad weather, no refunds will be issued. An alternative date will be offered for the next Green Square Market.
